宜蘭大同鄉｜崙埤部落（泰雅族）

崙埤部落位於宜蘭大同鄉深山之中，座落於雪山山脈東北側，鄰近寒溪、梵梵溪與蘭陽溪源頭，是泰雅族傳統獵場與通婚路線的交會點。山高林密，雲霧繚繞，氣候涼爽，孕育著泰雅族人與山林共生的文化智慧。這片地景不僅構成台灣東北部重要的集水區，也蘊藏著豐富的生態序列與氣味節奏。

在這裡飼養的雞，承載著水氣、礦物、針葉林與山霧的記憶，肉質緊緻，風味帶微微礦石氣息。

Lunpi lies deep within the Datong mountains of Yilan, on the northeastern face of the Xueshan Range. It borders Hanxi and the headwaters of the Lanyang River, where Atayal hunters once navigated ridgelines and forest paths. Shrouded in mist, this cool, forested region is both an ecological treasure and a watershed for Taiwan’s northeast.

Chickens raised here grow slowly, absorbing the mountain’s mineral tones, conifer scents, and soft humidity—yielding firm textures and subtly layered flavors.
